Ms Grace Wong – Founder of ServeHope

I am very blessed to have a very happy family with my son, daughter-in-law and daughter. The family is very blessed with Zeny who has been with us for the past 24 years, caring and sacrificing for our family. (She came from Philippines when she was 29 years old). My Husband FN always providing the moral and financial support when needed. I also would like to take this opportunity to thanks my ex-superiors/colleagues and friends who have been very supportive when I decided to exit from the corporate world and start ServeHope.

ServeHope is privately funded since 2005 with no Sustainable Business Model, just a passion “One Job One Hope” for the disadvantaged community. What Sustainable Business Model gives us the opportunity to create a variety of sustainable jobs for the Disadvantaged Community. (Currently our colleagues are working in the company as Tele-consultants, Admin Supports, Web/IT Supports, Data Entry and Email Marketing.)

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my colleagues from various Disabilities for giving me and the management team the opportunity to learn their various strengths and focus their strengths to compliment another colleague’s disability.

I also would like to take this opportunity to thank all my customers/partners for being so supportive, patient and encouraging. Without all these, we will not be where we are today. (5 years ago)

I hope to see more skills being developed in our team, more HOPE created. Aim to be a leading Provider of Loyalty Membership, Customer Relationship/Retention Programmes.
